The Artists' Guild of Columbia County is a group of professional & amateur artists & patrons of the visual arts located in Columbia County, Georgia. We provide opportunities for artists to exchange creative ideas & business information, to show & sell their work, & to increase their knowledge through workshops. We promote the visual arts, sponsor exhibits & offer projects of interest to artists & those interested in the arts. Membership is open to anyone age 17 or older who is a resident of the CSRA.

Learn to create forms from clay by using different techniques. Students will create different pottery pieces at each session learning the different techniques of hand-built construction. On a later session they will glaze the fired pottery pieces.If students have taken a pottery class before they will be instructed on using more advanced techniques. Some of the items they will make:Taco fish,Flip Flops, Relief Tree & Animals. All skill levels welcome.
