The Artists' Guild of Columbia County is a group of professional & amateur artists & patrons of the visual arts located in Columbia County, Georgia. We provide opportunities for artists to exchange creative ideas & business information, to show & sell their work, & to increase their knowledge through workshops. We promote the visual arts, sponsor exhibits & offer projects of interest to artists & those interested in the arts. Membership is open to anyone age 17 or older who is a resident of the CSRA.

Start your week off with a Painting class.

You will use a still life to learn to paint what the eye sees using watercolor. Students will learn how to control the elusive watercolor medium by using techniques for success. Frank Carstarphen will provide the basics of rendering and use of the medium. Novice or experienced painters are welcome. Materials provided. Ages 18 or older

The class will be held in Harrison Hall at Church of Our Savior, 4227 Columbia Rd.
